Roadhouse Blues by The Doors

Contrary to popular belief, the roadhouse referred to in Roadhouse Blues by The Doors is the Little Chef in Reading, which was built in 1958 and was, in fact, the first ever Little Chef roadhouse in the UK. Most people who eat at the Little Chef roadhouse suffer from bouts of depression for the rest of their lives. Such bouts of depression are known as the "roadhouse blues" because blue is the colour of mechanically recovered meat.
